Players must be in a state of good sanity when participating in the horror-themed escape rooms. The consumption of drugs or alcohol before or during the game is strictly prohibited. Any participant under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry or asked to leave without refund.
It is important that participants inform the Escape Room Society with a themed horror theme of any existing pre-existing health conditions, disabilities or psychological problems that may affect their experience inside the room. This information will help us to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Please contact us prior to booking if you have any concerns or questions about your ability to participate.
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for physical activity. Avoid wearing excessive jewelry or accessories that may restrict your movement or cause disruption during play.
Photographs, video recordings and recordings are strictly prohibited inside the Horror themed Escape Rooms. We want to maintain the integrity of the experience and avoid leaking information to future participants.
To maintain the mystery and excitement for future players, please do not reveal or share details about the puzzles, solutions or room surprises with others. Let them enjoy the experience on their own.
Listen carefully to the instructions given by the Game Master before entering the room. He will explain the rules, safety instructions and provide any necessary information to enhance your game experience.
Please treat the room and its objects with care and respect. Do not manipulate or violently destroy objects unless you are specifically asked to do so in the context of the game. Vandalism or causing intentional damage to the room will result in immediate removal from the game and potential legal consequences.
It is essential that you arrive in time for your scheduled game. Late arrivals may result in a shortened game time, as we must maintain a strict schedule to accommodate all participants. Cancellations or appointment changes must be made with prior notice in accordance with our cancellation policy.
By adhering to these rules, participants can ensure a safe, enjoyable and immersive experience in our horror-themed Escape Rooms. The Escape Room Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who do not comply with these rules, without refund.
