Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between C9H13NO3 DONORS ("Company") and any person or entity that participates in or has access to any confidential information related to the Company ("Recipient"). This Agreement is governed by Greek law and is effective as of the date of acceptance by the Recipient.

Confidential Information:
The term “Confidential Information” refers to any non-public, corporate or confidential information disclosed or made available by the Company to the Recipient, whether orally, in writing or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, customer information, trade secrets, financial information, marketing strategies, designs, concepts and any other information related to the operation of the Company.

Duty of Non-Confidentiality:
The Recipient agrees to treat all Confidential Information as strictly confidential and shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company. The Recipient shall take all reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of the Information and to prevent unauthorized use, disclosure or disclosure of the Confidential Information.

Use of Confidential Information:
The Recipient will use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of participating in or accessing the Company's themed escape rooms. The Recipient will not use the Confidential Information for any other purpose or for personal gain and will not reproduce or copy any Confidential Information without the prior written permission of the Company.

Return of Confidential Information:
Upon Company's request or termination of this Agreement, Recipient shall promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information in its possession or control, including any copies, notes or documents containing such information, and provide written confirmation of such return or destruction.

Exceptions:
This Agreement does not apply to any information that:
a. They are or are made publicly available without violating this Agreement.
b. They have been lawfully obtained by the Recipient from a third party without any obligation of confidentiality.
c. They were already known to the Recipient prior to disclosure by the Company.

Maintaining Confidentiality:
This Agreement does not limit the Company's right to develop, disclose or use any ideas, knowledge or techniques arising from the Recipient's participation. Recipient shall not be entitled to any compensation or damages for the use of the Confidential Information.

Duration:
This Agreement is effective for the period of time required for the Recipient's participation in the Company's themed escape rooms and for a period following the termination or cancellation of participation, as determined by the Company.

Signature:
The Recipient confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and signs as an indication of acceptance and agreement to these terms.
